Running in the Delhi Heat !

Well even running in the early mornings was difficult..most of April & May went like this...increasingly humid to run. This was followed around 1.5 months of non running ..June ,since I joined a local gym for upper body strength training & July for a minor surgery.

Its now back to training as the next season's Delhi & Mumbai marathon dates are announced.

Hi,

I am interested in preparing for Marathon runs...can you pls suggest how can I take it forward.

I am a regular runner and run approx 8-10 kms over the weekends atleast. Generally take approx 51 mins for running 8 kms.

If you have a preparation gang that I can join or something similar in gurgaon?
